Following from the Venzero MiniOne, it has been announced that Venzero are to release the imaginatively named Venzero Mini.
This device is mini by name and nature measuring a smallish 39 x 53 x 13 mm (1.53- x 2.09- x 0.51-inch) and weighing a measly 35 grams.
It comes with 7 equalizer modes, an FM tuner, built in Tetris game and plays MP3 and WMA. The device is available is 1GB and 2GB capacities.
Musicmarker software is available on the device. The Venzero website explains, “You’re at a cafe, in a taxi or at a club and like the song you’re hearing but don’t know its name? Pressing the MUSICMARKER button will record a short audio clip with the built-in mic. Next time you sync your device we’ll recognize the name of the song that you marked and we’ll even point you in the right direction to download the media so that you can listen to it any time you like!”
