Apple has put out a warning now to iPod users against Vista stating that the new Microsoft operating system could damage your beloved iPod. Full Story »

The BeatlesAccording to the L.A. Times, and what I picked up on CNN last night, Apple still needs to work out the details with record label EMI, as well as Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the heirs of John Lennon and George Harrison. But it appears with this latest development, which was really the last barrier between the Beatles and the information super highway, we may be that much closer to having the Beatles on the go. The Beatles have been one of a small handful of long time holdouts that would not allow their music to be licensed for download though some solo work by McCartney and Starr is available on iTunes.
